This property offers a cozy retreat for guests to unwind after a day of activities or night of partying. Once back at the house; you are walking distance from bars, food, liquor store, gas station, dollar store and ice machine (People watching at the ice machine can be priceless fun - you will see what I mean). 1953 Matagorda Original, known as the Old Parsutt house. We've given it comfort updates while trying to maintain the characteristics of the home.
