Situated on the first floor of an elegant building without a lift, the apartment opens into an elegant living room and dining room with a balcony equipped with a coffee table. The living room has a TV, a double sofa bed, a designer table and a fireplace. The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a dining table and seating area. A staircase leads to the upper floor where the sleeping accommodation is located, comprising two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and wardrobe.

Two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer complete the layout.

Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.
