Even though it is a non-smoking hotel, are pillows and sheets all smelled like smoke.

Room was clean, hot tub was broken which was a disappointment. Pool had lots of chlorine.

A/C was perfect! No weed smell, thank you! Great staff and soft sheets

The location is great right by the arch. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part, however there was a dead cockroach in the room that was quite disturbing. But the staff did make up for it and provided a credit. Parking garage was steep and super cramped each space was by a massive concrete pillar. Pool was on the 8th floor and was so packed it was unusable. Breakfast was great and had plenty of options and the dining area was clean. Overall apart from a few things this place is a solid choice, location couldn’t be better if you tried.

Something is being done extremely well at The Clayton Hotel. The staff are always the best and if you frequent this hotel you'll find out that most of them have worked here for decades and longer. They love their jobs and so I love to stay here ! Breakfast is my favorite because I'm greeted like Family by the chef who creates masterpieces out of Omelets and he does it with a smile very quickly even on holidays this man is ready to serve you. Maintenance crew is incredible and keep this places lights on 24/7. My hellos are met with "how are you doin ?" And "nice to see you again" ! Yea I'm staying here when I hit St Louis and I'm making this my favorite on the app. You're in for a treat folks !

Beautiful well maintained property, comfortable beds - room service and breakfast were good, definitely will stay again
