My flight got delayed trying to get home. The shuttle van was perfect. The driver who picked me up was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The driver who took me back the next day was adequate, but not very friendly. I was disappointed that there wasn't a free breakfast. I had to pay 21$ for mediocre food. I should've saved my money and had something better at the airport. Room was nice. Shower was great! I love the rain shower head. Overall it was good stay. This property was disgraceful n disgusting n very much dirty, I had a 1room with 2 queen beds, soon I walk into my room my sisters spots bugs inna corner just there i have the proof!! I went back downstairs to the lobby showing the employees what’s inside my hotel room tht I payed 400 for they gave me another room didn’t even apologize for the nasty inconvenience of their hotel, back to the new room it ws nice but maybe 20-25 mins into the new room bugs inside tht room aswell so we had ta definitely cut the la trip at the renaissance hotel very shorttt! Just a very disappointed n nasty stay!!!

Yuck

Check in was fine. I always check the bed when I get in a room. This bed had no mattress cover. It was a single fitted sheet on the mattress. Nothing else between my body and a hotel mattress than a thin, see-through sheet. Also, the bedding felt very damp. Like it wasn't fully dry when it was put on. I should have left, but I checked in at 10:45pm and needed to leave at 6am for a flight so my options were limited. The shower was a walk in and drained so incredibly slow. I stood in inches of water and by the time I took the quickest shower of my life, the water was nearly over the edge where it would have spilled onto the bathroom floor. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.
