The AC room unit was broken and there was a smoke alarm chirping every 2 minutes all night. When we calles the front desk, then ssid they would "look into it". Nothing was done about either things.

The eggs at breakfast were the worst eggs Iv ever eaten at a hotel in my life. They were crusty and not fresh. Look like they were pre wrapped in plastic and cooked way in advance. You could find a better egg at the McDonald’s in the hood. I also caught influenza at your hotel. I’m not sure if the person in the room prior was sick but I didn’t sleep at all both nights I was there I was so sick.

We were given a room that was completely dirty, bed unmade, trash still in the room. We were eventually given a new room. The couch was ripped, had stains on it, overall felt very gross. Additionally, was charged an additional $60 without explanation, we had a pet and were told it was just an additional $10, not $60. Our room also had a very unpleasant smell. Would never stay here again and suggest others stir clear. We are two active-duty service members, traveling with a baby and a small dog.
