Free breakfast nothing fancy but was good, free parking, the pool was nice with a outside patio. First room We were given the AC wasn't working or the fridge. A bit inconvenient having to switch rooms. But overall not bad. Area around the hotel was good. A good Bbq restaurant right next door.

The breakfast was very mediocre. The biscuits were cold (even when they first came out) so we only ate there one day. We stayed from a Friday to Wednesday and the only time the room was cleaned was Tuesday. We had to ask for towels, toilet paper and wastebasket bags (after I had emptied the trash myself).

The bathtub was yellow. I used my personal Listerine just to sanitize it to feel comfortable taking a shower during my 2 night stay. After checking into the hotel, we left for several hours and set the room temperature on 64 degrees due to the heat in the room; when we arrived back for the evening it was still over 74 degrees. We had to go downstairs and ask that a staff member come attend to the issue in order to sleep comfortably.

Stayed at this place for 3 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Christine at the desk was super helpful and kind. She helped us change room and also helped us extend our stay by making us aware to utilize the Best Western rewards program. Breakfast was also decent. Would definitely come back next time when in STL.
