When I first got there, there wasn't a room available. I prepaid over a week ago and I showed up about an hour after my checkin. I was put on the last floor. Last floor smelt like dogs. The smell was even before i reached my room at the end of the hall. But the room next to me had a pet inside sticker. So was i placed on the pet floor?

This hotel had hot water problems in the morning and so none of my guests had any hot water. They did fix the hot water issue later that day. There was an insufficient amount of food out for breakfast and no waffle batter. The hallways had trash in them. My chair was grimy. There was no offer for reimbursement, the merely released us from our bookings the next two nights without penatly. Best Western Corporate was also of no help. Expedia did little to help as well and passed us off from Customer Service rep to rep. This hotel does not live up to the BW+ standards with which we've grown accustomed in my own town.

The lobby was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good . We only stayed 1 night and we had to ask for a different room because the 1st one had a weird smell and some oil ? on floor .The 2nd room was better , but still didn't seem real clean . Apparently the housekeeping staff isnt thorough.

The people were nice and accommodating, I will say we didn’t really have any issues besides find a sex toy in the dresser after being told the room was cleaned.. they gave us a new room and everything was fine for the most part. Breakfast was alright, I wouldn’t necessarily call it a buffet.

Not worth it sadly

Went to check in so we could have time to eat at a nice restaurant and get to a show we had tickets for. Arrived 1hr 45 min early (just the way it worked out with traffic). Room was available but was going to charge $20 because we were early. On principle, we declined, left. Came back at 3pm check in time. Room itself was pretty nice. As a result, we didnt have time to eat but fast food to get to show. Elevator very dirty with entire plate of food on the floor. After 45min to clean it, still had food stains. Ice machine on our floor was completely empty. Breakfast, not so great. Extremely noisy in halls, got woke uo at 3am and again at 5am from loudness. Staff friendliness, so so. When checked out, asked that since they wanted $20 for early check in and we were checking out 3 hours early, did we get a $20 credit? Was kidding, but doesn't seem right. We are reward members and never been charged for a mere 1hr 45mins. If room wasn't ready thats one thing. We will NOT go back , wasn't worth it sadly. Tried to upload photos, but wont let me. What an anniversary trip 😪

Average accommodations

We were looking for a safe, pet friendly place, that included breakfast for my family and those checked the boxes. The location was good because there is a large strip of green space next to the Edward Jones building to walk our dog. Rooms were clean but ac was noisy and took some getting used to. Property is fine but shows normal wear and tear but otherwise good. I would say the staff is fine but not overly friendly but again not bad. The breakfast was average quality and felt it was of comparable value. Still if you're looking for a clean safe place to stay in the area that's close to the casino or shopping this might check your boxes.

No hot water during whole stay

I stayed at this hotel the day prior and work kept me close by so I booked another night. After working 11 hrs and checking in around 430 all I wanted to do was to take a hot shower but that didn’t happen. Was told give it time; so I took a cold shower went to get dinner and came back around 9pm and still no hot water. Got up this morning to no hot water. I understand it’s not the team members fault but after informing them numerous times not one person offered to comp my stay offer a free night nothing. Even after I said I’ll be needing a room potentially Monday 5/5 to Wednesday 5/7.

The first room we were put in the tv did not work. We were switched to another room. When my husband got in the shower, there was nothing but cold water. We also discovered no hot water in the sink either. We were told at the front desk the boiler went out. That would have been nice to know. If you can spam us with review emails, you could at least let us know theres no hot water!!!
