Staff was great. Lobby area was great. As far as my room there could have been some improvements. Looking at it briefly it’s looked nice however after actually staying in it there were def some issues. The shower door didn’t close all the way. There was lots of stains throughout the room on the rug, curtains, and the wall as if something splattered in numerous spots.

This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right away (it wasn’t even 5 minutes) up to our room! They fixed the AC right away and compensated us for the inconvenience. They were also very nice and quick to help us! We never complain so I felt really bad to cause them any trouble, but the Gil at the desk and our maintenance guy were so friendly and willing to help! The popcorn, pop, and other refreshments are a wonderful bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location.
