Short one night stay. Concierge was friendly, room was clean enough. The air conditioner didn't work. Our biggest complaint is the size of the pool. You’d think a hotel as large as this one would have a pool(s) to accommodate the large amount of guests. Our young kids were unable to swim due to overcrowding in the pool.
We left another hotel because of a horrible experience and were able to go over to this property. We wish we would have started here. It made up for what could have been a disastrous event memory for our family.
If you have any breathing or trouble walking long distances or uneven surfaces DO NOT book a room here! The parking lot is very uneven in most areas and you must park very far away and walk up and down slopes to get to the hotel and then up steps to enter. Then it is very hard to get an elevator up to your floor. You wait in hot hallways and end up hopping on any elevator whether it is going up or down. First room we had, had a filthy bathroom. We would never stay here again.
Was disappointed in this hotel. It did not clean room our whole 4 day stay. I had to call to get clean towels. The room next to us put trash outside their door and it sat there for two days. Would not stay there again.
When we arrived around 10 pm it took a long time to check in and we had preregistered. Once inside the room the shower had no hot water and wouldn’t drain. We were gone all day the second day and when we got back in the second night we hadn’t received maid service so we had no clean towels or washcloths. And once again the shower water was freezing cold. The facility needs an overall cleaning and update. They say the rooms had been updated but the bathroom was awful and the room still had carpet that was worn. This is the most disappointing stay I have ever booked.

The shower wasn’t real clean an the outside of building looked dirty staff was great an the hot water took forever to get hot.
Mold in the bathroom of our room, under the tables and beds and behind the TV and lamps were all dusty and crumb filled-- was Definitely not very clean especially for a "resort" Will not be staying here again.
The property is in need of serious renovation. We stayed in the presidential suite and we had nights and some mornings where the hot water would go out completely. The carpet was frayed at the seems and you could step on a staple if not careful. The refrigerator had a broken drawer and no one ever came to clean our entire stay. The actual hotel itself was under staffed when we'd call down for clean towels we'd either get hung up on or sit on hold for over 15min then have to go to the front desk to put our request in. The pool & fitness area are too small for the size of the hotel and was too warm for the season more like hot tub water in the pool and no ventilation in the fitness room.
Clean rooms, friendly staff that puts you at ease.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I stayed there because of the location and price. I think the property used to be a high end resort but has fallen on harder times. The bar closed at 8 pm which was too early, but did have a good free breakfast.

1st floor smelled terrible wash rag was left outside of rooms when we checked in at 4pm so long that the carpet changed color when someone finally moved them around 10pm .Flying bugs in room ,tub looked like hadnt been cleaned ,air was noisy and thermostat was not working so it was hot. Breakfast was okay with friendly staff but flying bugs , pool was best part.Only one side of the door was working to enter hotel when you unload.Never settle for first floor!
We had a nice room on the first floor. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size, and the bed was comfortable.
No complaints at all.
