This hotel is central to everything a visitor would need. There is shopping, entertainment and convenience within walking or a short drive. It is easy to find and the staff are wonderful. We have stayed here several times and will continue to return.

Rooms where clean , we had a small inconvenience with the toilet , we would had to be playing with the handle for the tank to get filled up , it was a 30 second thing but still annoying! Other than that everything was great!!

No microwave offered in any room. Too much crowd and not get the lift almost 30 min during check out. We used stairs to get down with luggage. Luckily we are in third floor, what about people got room in 7th floor. Also check out and check in times different for this hotel.

Room not all lights worked in room. Breakfast every day was the same items. The hot tub needed to be cleaned definitely reeked of urine smell. Definitely time not set in stone for kids to be out by because kids were still there after 10.

When we arrived, there was a bottle of cleaner left in the room. It appeared that Hoisekeeping left in a hurry because there was also no toilet paper or tissue refilled. The back of the bathroom door was damaged. There was no luggage rack, no USB ports to charge devices, and a lack of outlets. The staff was nice. I just won’t be staying there again.

I'll start with a positive the room was very nice. There were several downsides however. When we arrived they immediately tried to sell us on some kind of a pay in advance for two nights and get two show tickets free and when I asked if we could check in early I was told there was a $40 charge but they would waive that if I would agree to go downstairs and let some older woman tell me about some program they had. When I went to shower in the morning the shower curtain hung at least 12 inches into the shower and the outer curtain hung 12 in onto the floor and I did get my feet tied up in it and almost fell. Then the coffee pot was broke and when I was checking out the gentleman asked if everything had been okay and I told him the coffee pot was broken in the room so I wasn't very happy about that and his response was simply did you call us to see if we would bring you a new coffee pot. I didn't feel I should have to call. He seemed very uninterested. Even if I had been able to make coffee there was no way to stir sugar cream into the cup. The parking lot is extremely steep and overall just not easy to get unloaded to take your items into the hotel. But the final straw was when the cleaning crew came in our room before we had even checked out! That was very underappreciated. Won't go back!

Quality of the room was disappointing. Cleanliness, missing fixtures, different types of bulbs in bathroom, a sour smell from the vents. 1st room had something all over the floor and on the bed. Went down and had to be rechecked in another room, then key didn’t work. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but it was very subpar.

checked in and first used it. Despite three attempts to contact the lobby/reception, it took nearly three hours to fix. Additionally, the laundry service was not functioning and required multiple follow-ups before it was resolved the next morning.
