I will be honest, I had read some really bad reviews about other people's stays here, but we decided to take a chance. I am glad we did, because overall, we were very pleased with our stay (end of July for 5 nights). Check-in was super easy and we were not harassed at all about purchasing tickets for anything (this was something a lot of people complained about). I had asked them to have our room cooled down prior to us arriving, and our room was nice and cool when we got there which was lovely. We stayed in one of their Presidential Suite's on the 9th floor and were very pleased with it. It was nice and clean, but could use a little TLC on some areas, but nothing terrible. We needed linens for the pull-out sofa and they delivered them within 15 minutes of our request. The bed and sofa was very comfortable, but we love soft beds. We also never had any issue not having hot water, which was another common complaint. The common areas were on the warmer side, but weren't unbearable. We never had an issue getting a table during breakfast, but the food was very average, but was included with our stay. They offered the exact same thing every morning, so a change-up of a few items would have been nice. Parking near the front entrance was mostly full the bulk of the time, so we would just go around to the back and park there...not super convenient but nothing I would rate the hotel down for. Location is great for sure!

Big, Busy and Not the Most Comfortable Stay

Hotel was very hot in all the hallways/lobby areas. It was cooler in the room, but the smell that would come from air flow out of the AC was less than pleasant, very musty. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom shower and dried boogers on the wall next to one of the beds. Our key card didn't work half the time, though we figured out that was because the lock had malfunctioned. And the staff was nice enough to send a maintenance person to put on a new lock. Unfortunately, it was after 11 p.m. when the thing decided to stop working, so we didn't get to sleep until he finished replacing it close to midnight. Beds weren't very comfortable, but better than sleeping on the floor, I guess. Breakfast was okay, but you had to get down there early to avoid a long line out into the hallway. Our two young boys enjoyed the pool area. So did lots of other guests, as it was always in use. Also note that there are just four elevators for nine floors (not including the main and lower lobby) and 450+ rooms. So, if you're on one of the higher floors, you could be waiting a while to go down, especially when everyone is trying to check out on a busy weekend. Overall, not the worst place I've stayed, but I wouldn't suggest staying here for six straight days like we did. Probably not so bad in the middle of the week.

When i arrived the 2 men at the front desk ignored me for almost 10 minutesbi tought i was invisible or something. The shower head was broke it felt like i was being hosed by firefighters. The toilette handle was broken. The refrigerator was broken and had black mold they maintenence had to bring another refrigerator. The curtains was also broken.

Hotel was running good discounts, which I have stayed many places in Branson before and have been happy, but I will not stay here again. I paid for an upgraded room but there was still mold in the bathroom, carpets were gross, and walls still looked dirty. Breakfast was fine, and staff were fine, but the pool was absolutely disgusting. Overall unhappy and would not recommend.

This hotel was not what we expected which was very disappointing. Parking is horrible and the lot lacks efficient lighting. The elevators are extremely slow and when one arrives it’s typically already full so you have to wait for another. Yes, this happens throughout the day. Our shower head sprayed water everywhere some of the jets were clogged. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The traffic at the cross streets to the hotel is ALWAYS congested. This is a very dangerous intersection.
