The staff was friendly and professional, but the hotel is old and needs a total renovation. The bathrooms are old , the doors are all scratched, walls need painted. Breakfast was limited to the same items every morning. Lication is great clise to all attractions.

Pretty outdated hotel. The room definitely needs a deep clean. Called the front desk to schedule housekeeping but they never ended up coming. The breakfast at the restaurant was complimentary but not worth eating. Location was ideal.

Cleanliness was an issue. The carpets were very stained and frayed. Their was a weird red spot on the duvet and hair in the tub.. the breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs and i think turkey sausage. Many people complaining. As we checked in they tried to get us to go to a sales pitch for 1.5 hours the next morning. As a way to find a bright spot, the pillows were amazing.

We were hounded to attend their vacation sales meeting at check in. We told them three times we are not interested. And then another worker at the desk came over to try to talk us into it. Then the room was disappointing. The shower curtain was falling apart, should have been replaced long ago. There were some stains on the sheets. That should never be acceptable. And when asked for more wash clothes it took 50 minutes. And the room was not cleaned

The check in staff person acted like he was mad--and was better than a check in person. He never even looked at me directly in my eyes-- not good for business in my opinion. Unfortunately the room THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR BECAUSE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN UPDATED ROOM WAS A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I could not turn around in the SMALL BATHROOM, the KING MATTRESS was terribly UNCOMFORTABLE to try to rest, the FURNITURE had big CHUNKS MISSING and I fell backwards in the DESK CHAIR when trying to find a comfortable seat--I would recommend repairing the chair or replacing it before someone gets hurt. This was a nice place to stay. The breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices. The room had comfortable beds with several pillow choices. The room was clean and we had plenty of towels as well as shampoo and conditioner and soap. I was impressed that as large as the building was, there were plenty of elevators, so we were never left waiting for one to come up or down. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was good. Close enough to the strip without the crowds and noise of being on the actual strip.

It was advertised that we would get 2 free tickets with this booking, but this wasn’t true. Advertising scheme that we got a voucher for two tickets at our next stay. Room was “meh” and bathroom was old and outdated. Got a full time share type speech to stay again when we checked out. Love that restaurant and bar on site, which is why we chose. Buffet breakfast was fair.

Room was dark, even with two small lamps in it. An old armoire had been moved into the room but it was in bad shape. Shower plugged up like a wading pool. Someone else's food was still in the refrigerator upon our check-in. Several guests waited 20+ minutes for elevators to get to their floor. Wi-Fi signal was weak.

Disappointing for the price. The room had a slightly musty smell and the bath tub a film that suggests a damaged surface. There was also a crack in the tub back splash that had been repaired with caulking. At least the sheets were clean and bed comfortable. It is a 3 star hotel but nothing more.

The room was nice. The bathroom was a little tight and the shower rod was bent. It looked like it was either improperly installed or some tried to use it as a chin up bar. It was a clean, stocked room and temp control was good.
