Beautiful hotel, room service not so much

I wanted to stay here for Mother’s Day specifically for their incredibly room service menu. To my disappointment, most of the menu was unavailable, including the main item I wanted. I ordered a steak instead and couldn’t eat more than one piece because it was chewy and undercooked. It gave me the same vibe as hospital food but I was charged big for it.

The location and staff were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, it was a busy weekend with an event at the convention center, which caused some issues. Parking was difficult, and navigating the hotel was slower than I’d prefer. My lower-level corner room was also very noisy, even with earplugs. Loud vehicles and frequent police sirens were common, and the stairwell next to my room was used by many accessing the ground-level smoking area, making it difficult to sleep. Despite these issues, I appreciated that the hotel didn’t charge me for parking after a conversation at check-out.
