Great Hotel

We had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantastic—right near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great spot whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering helpful suggestions about the area. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the modern touches and the attention to detail in the room setup—it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Kansas City.

We were a party of 5 and only had three bath towels for our room, had to request others around 9:30 and didn’t receive towels for nearly an hour. There was also no conditioner in our room. Things were clean otherwise and hotel is nice and in a good location.

Property/room overall were nice (besides the pocket door to the bathroom being stuck open, which is unfortunate because the toilet is so close to the bed). My middling review stems from the general rudeness I received from the staff when I called to ask some questions about booking the room. After insulting my intelligence, the man at the front desk then transfered me to another person who demanded I give them my name and phone number, and after I complied they hung up on me abruptly. This was all very odd behavior from hospitality staff. I also informed the front desk that the pocket door was not functioning and was told that they would send someone up to fix it, but no one ever showed up.

Great location for a Kansas City getaway! Located in the heart of the Plaza, it offers loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Best hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time ~ so refreshing! And the bellmen were top notch! Both Randall and Jermaine went above & beyond. I can recommend this hotel without reservation :)

This is a beautiful hotel. Parts need a remodel and upgrade, but the rooms are wonderful! It's been a few years since I stayed here. I'm sure I will stay again.

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some honest feedback. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the overall experience was impacted by several security concerns. Throughout my stay, there were individuals who appeared to be unhoused occupying common areas on multiple floors, including hallways and elevator spaces, where they were charging phones and resting. Additionally, the pool was being used by a large group who clearly were not hotel guests—they repeatedly got locked out due to not having key access.
