Had a lovely stay here. The covered parking is why we booked here as we were thinking the things we had in the bed of the truck would be more secure there. However, there were lots of signs saying the hotel is not responsible for car damage or theft while in the lot. It would have been more ideal if the hotel had some level of security for the lot. However, our belongings survived the night and were not stollen. Would have also liked if breakfast and parking were included in the hotel stay as it is with many hotels.

Horrible room experience

The front desk receptionists was amazing however the room was horrible. We got the deluxe studio suite. One of the bathroom doors would not close. We had to use the restroom with one door wide open. The mini refrigerator in our room did not work. Leaving us to throw away our left over food. The door leading to the balcony would get jammed up. Paid $26 for secured parking and couldn't find parking whenever we would come back from our venue.

Nice place to stay for a family vacation

First time in Missouri this was the best hotel I stayed in so far everyone was warm an welcoming I love the text message feature that was cool if you ask for anything it was responded n also delivered thanks to Brittany and everyone that responded y’all are awesome the pool was a cool experience it was heated even though it was a cold day room was nice didn’t want to leave will be back

Shower sounds like a pipe was going to burst and no one came to fix it and was very very loud. The walls had tape on them to hold up damage. House keeping made our bed and put a dirty sheet on top. Definitely not as great as our first time staying here

Staff was nice. There was a piece of plastic over the smoke detector in our room. The pool area was nice outside but inside was not what I would expect from a Hilton. The deck area was less to be desired. Over all, our children had fun in the pool and we had a decent room. Not blown away.
