started out fine at check in. room was clean and neat. discovered tv did not work. My wife complained and front desk tried to get it going and then offered us another room. Actually nicer room on third floor all good...until next morning. shower knob for hot water just spun on wall with no hot water to shower. front desk offered another room but i sensed a problem. if facility was as good as staff it would get 5 stars.....but too much bad luck in one stay. We checked out early with second day refund promised but unable to print receipt. i crossed fingers and left

Area surrounding property was not kept up (overgrown weeds everywhere). Water dispenser at hallway broken on first floor and the carpet below it is gross. No ice machine on 2nd floor. TV channels are labeled wrong within the channel itself and the channel guide is wrong so doesn't help. TV screen would indicate one TV network for example TNT but it is actually a different channel so need to flip thru every channel and see what's showing to find the channel you want (if it's a commercial, you'll have to wait). Staff and management does not care either because if they do, they would have an employee go thru every TV channel to see what channel it is and document it for the hotel guests.

We were moved from a few rooms because they were very dirty and it didn’t seem like the beds were cleaned. Not a great experience at all.

How can you run out of coffee for a whole half an hour between 8:00 and 8:30 when the dining room had so few people in it? The was no desk clerk at the desk when I went to check out...I left my keys, but did not want to wait any longer for a person who apparently must have been elsewhere. Quiet hotel and clean. Was able to get more pool towels and bathroom towels when requested.

Clean and good breakfast

Good free breakfast included. Consisted of eggs sausages bisquite gravey cereal milk yogurt juices bagels creme cheese coffee muffins fruit. Clean room i would stay here again.

Upon arrival to the facility I did not feel that the photos provided matched what was found. The building appeared old and not very well kept up with. The rooms were okay but we found that our bedsheets were wet when we arrived. The staff informed us they had a dryer go out and so they were backed up and rushed. The sheets were changed upon request. The carpets throughout the building were stained and discolored. The worst condition was the pool area. Upon arrival the pool house was found to be unkempt. The flood was covered in hair, trash and dead bugs. The pool itself was a green color but it was an indoor/outdoor pool and it was and had been raining. There was trash, leaves and bugs floating in the pool. The hot tub was okay but did have a lot of floating sediments. The gym was small but fine other than the door rubbed the ceiling tiles when you opened the door. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out went well.

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m making an exception on this hotel. I’m aware that this is not a 5 stars hotel. Me and my family travel a lot and usually stay in cheap hotels, so I know how the experience should look like. This hotel was specially bad. We had to change rooms because the first one was dirty. There was a wet towel hanging from the shower rod, the towel in front of the shower was wet as well. The beds were made in a very unprofessional way. I took my kids to the pool and hot tub and it was absolutely disgusting. The pool was neon green with live algae floating around and the hot tub was a hot mess. Neither of those things had been sanitized in a long time. I would avoid this hotel altogether. Not a good experience.

Friendly staff, clean pool, working hot tub, and a pretty good breakfast! Wish they had waffles at breakfast, but what they did have was all pretty tasty. Room was clean and cozy. Hot water in shower worked great. Hot tub is really nice and the pool is really big, it goes from inside to outside so lots of space to enjoy.
