Pros: Staff are very nice! Special mention to Harvey who assisted us during check in. Nice pool, spa facilities, linens, towels are nice. The facial/massage services were amazing! The cafe restaurant downstairs is also good! Love the live piano every night. Cons: I don’t think this is a 5star hotel because it’s a bit dated! Maybe it was 10 yrs ago! The carpet needs to go - they’re old! The walls are also obviously dated, marks on the wall and dirty looking carpet even though they’ve been cleaned. There was a foul smell in our bedroom and we just had to move! Bathrooms are not functional- nowhere to hang towels! The plumbing you can see under the cabinets. Location: A bit far to walk from the main city in Saigon, we had to catch a grab/cab though they do have a complimentary shuttle. We didn’t take up on the breakfast as it was very pricey. It was a bit disappointing staying here as we just stayed in a super nice hotel prior to our stay here. I think changing the hotel flooring and re painting the walls would absolutely lift up the look of Hotel Nikko.

Very satisfied

The hotel was great, only problem was it was quite noisy due to the sailing club across the road and their loud parties. It was a bit cold and windy at the pool. Otherwise staff and amenities were fantastic.

We arrived early around 10;30, they let us check early @1100. Whatever I asked,they tried to help us as much as possible. Breakfast was so good, specially bread was crispy outside and chewy inside!, egg and pho station, changed menu every day Very convenient location! An toi restaurant is next door, beautiful beach view from our room. They let us check out late instead of room upgrade! We will comeback absolutely!
