This hotel feels like home. The staff were so accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome. Our family of 5 spent 3 nights here. The rooms were superb and the effort the Lotus Boutique team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. We would like to make a special mention to Anna and Mia who all left a special impression on us. All the staff were so warm and friendly .We hope to come back and stay at this beautiful hotel again.

So accommodating, very friendly, polite, and helpful, showing us all the recommended places providing maps and lists of the best areas for coffee, beer, dinners, shopping etc! Would 100% recommend! And would definitely come back! Lotus Boutique gave my whole family an upgrade and a cake when they found out it was my dads birthday and another upgrade for our last night with them, the people are beautiful.

Great stay at this hotel in Hanoi and it was also a great start to our 3 week trip to Vietnam. We loved the hotel and the staff. Anna and went above and beyond. She has a lot of experience in trip planning and helped us to plan our Sa Pa and also Ha Long Bay trips. I had so many questions remotely via email and she responded always with a helpful tone. We enjoyed the massages in the hotel and also the food tour. Breakfast had good variety. The staff was like family. I would stay there again.

Clean rooms and great service! The breakfast was amazing and all staff made sure that we were all happy and cared for. We even got upgraded for my parents as it was my dads birthday! They provided a beautiful cake and decorated the room for them! Very sweet!

The atmosphere in this hotel is very good, is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfy. The location is good and the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and caring. For instance they suggested to prepare take away breakfast for us when they knew that we would check out early in the morning. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I'm back in Hanoi.

Hotel location is great, walking distance to major tourist attractions in Hanoi. But what made us Hanoi stay most comfortable and fun were hotel staff especially front staff Anna was so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Hanoi but she showed us the point of interests on the map and how to get there. BF buffet was great and all other staff were also helpful and tour arrangement were great too. They made us love Hanoi and want to comeback here and of course stay in Lotus Boutique Hotel. Thank you so much for great hospitality.

Meet friendly people and enjoy best food next to the old town A cozy hotel next to the old town, with excellent food and very friendly, supportive and hands-on staff. They care a lot about guests even if their normal working time was over. Never experienced something like that. Rooms are not too spacious but are tidy and nicely decorated. A strong recommendation in Hanoi.

There are nicer accommodations that can be had for the same price point in the Old Quarter. We were offered an upgrade to a room with a smaller bed than what we booked and a balcony that did not have sealed doors when it was very hot. The pictures and advertising are misleading on Expedia, Google Maps, etc. We arrived and the hotel was pretty run down and dingy. The shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom floor, there were no hand towels, and the room was in need of some touching up. It wasn’t super expensive and it was clean enough but the main issues is that it was falsely advertised as a 4 star hotel with pictures that are better than reality. We are from the USA and at first, we went sure if our expectations were just too high but then we came back to Hanoi and stayed in another hotel nearby that was the same price and the new hotel was better maintained. The property wasn’t well taken care of and there was a giant spider in the lobby when we were checking out (which to be fair might be less of an issue to people who aren’t scared of spiders). The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful but the hotel itself is not worth the price given you can find much nicer hotels in the area for the same price!
