Beautiful townhouse with 3 sunny terraces located in quiet urbanization and only 10 minutes drive from Marbella town. This comfortable sunny house with touch of luxury is the perfect holiday home for a couple, family with young kids or friends. Enjoy great facilities on-site: two outdoor pools, bar, restaurant, fitness centre, indoor pool with jacuzzi, kids playground and summer entertainment. Within walking distance supermarket, bus stop, few restaurants. Plenty of good bars, restaurants and sandy beaches at only 5 mins drive from the house.



This is 2 storey townhouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three sunny terraces. As you enter the house you have main terrace with table and chairs - perfect for al-fresco dining. Spacious lounge with sofa-bed, dining table, open plan fully equipped kitchen and a small bedroom with shower room. The new and modern kitchen has big fridge, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster - all you need to prepare your meals. By the kitchen you have access to the patio with morning sun and direct access to the swimming pool area and communal gardens.



Upstairs you have bright and cozy bedroom with high ceiling, TV, mirrored fitted wardrobes and a sunny terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe all day long! Modern shower room is adjacent to the bedroom.



Other features include air conditioning units (in living room and main bedroom), heating batteries in both bedrooms, Blue-tooth connection, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, safe. Free street parking just outside of the house.

PLEASE NOTE: 2nd bedroom has ceiling fan (no AC unit) and mostly suitable for 2 kids or one adult to sleep (bed side 1.35 x 1.80), sofa-bed in the living room is 1.40m wide.



The house located in the 4 star VIME Reserva de Marbella aparthotel and you have access to all hotel’s facilities onsite that open all year around: 2 wonderful outdoor pools surrounded by gardens with sunbeds and Balinese beds (at a fee), as well as a heated indoor pool, gym with Jacuzzi and sauna (at a fee). Outdoor playground for little ones to play.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Seaview condo

Exactly as shown in all photos. Everything you need is there. All kitchen supplies, linens, towels etc. 3 private outdoor spaces to enjoy with the unit. Resort facilities are lovely. Grounds are nicely kept.
