Best hotel in Southeast Asia

You owe it to yourself to stay here, even if only 1 night. From Nicola at the front desk to perfect rooms, and a dining experience that rivals the best symphony. Everything in the correct order, perfect timing, spectacular movements and climactic finish. If your in Manila you would be doing an injustice not to stay at the Marco Polo.

Marco Polo in Ortigas is the only hotel I stay at when in Manila. From the concierge, bellhop, front desk to the restaurant wait staff and housekeeping, the service is beyond excellent. The rooms are spotless and AC is on par with Western standards. This was my fourth stay at Marco Polo and would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful hotel to friends and family.

We were able to upgrade to the executive lounge for a nominal fee and it was worth it. The staff there bent over backwards to serve us. The food options were perfect for a full breakfast or for appetizers in the evening. The Guest Relations team under Maica (Teody, Kylie, Chef Nica) even gave my husband some pastries and balloon for his bday. Now that's service! We also had a family reunion at the buffet and it was outstanding. The staff was patient as some of our relatives were delayed. We've stayed at this Marco Polo several times over the years and the property continues to be well maintained and pristine. We'll return again!

I book this hotel based on my experience at Marco Polo, Cebu City, the Breakfast is Amazing and Alot of choices, sadly Marco Polo Pasig Breakfast was Horrible and nothing like MP CEBU, at $25 US @ day its pricey, as well as MP CEBU breakfast was included in my booking, MP PASIG i had to add it on separate, but thatcalso allowed me to ask them to remove it from my bill, I did ored the Room service Cesar Salad and french fries, but not worth the $40 US Charge, I transfered to Seda Norh, Great hotel great food.
