Although an old hotel it still has its charm. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is excellent. Although the room was showing its age it was very comfortable. You can hear traffic noise at times but the hotel sits on a busy street. My only concern is that the coffee supplied in your room is 3 in 1. I tried to ask for sugar free option but that seems to confuse the staff. Overall an enjoyable stay

Hotel was ok, although the room felt quite dated and a bit drab. I was disappointed my room had a tiny tiny window with virtually no natural light. I wouldn’t stay here again

I'll start by saying the staff was friendly and helpful, when I needed it. We had to change rooms because the TVs in our original room started turning off and on and changing channels by themselves. The staff did not know what was happening so we requested a room change and they complied. The original room was on the 2nd floor by the street. It was dark, dingy, and the street noise was incredibly loud. If you are going to be by the street, get as high up as possible because the windows are not great at keeping the street noise at a minimum.
