"The softness of the beds and pillows are not the greatest. Something the hotel should look into especially with people traveling expecting to get a good nights rest."

Overall-I give it a 9.
"One of the best hotels I’ve been in Manila not only because of affordable prize but an overall condition and friendliness and quickness of the staff. The only criticism is the efficiency of the car service from the airport-communication got lost and I had to wait for 2.5 hours for the service."
