Great stay, comfortable beds and loved that slippers and housecoats supplied. The pool area is small with not enough loungers. Restaurant food was okay but lacked variety and staff were extremely slow. Area is sketchy at night as it fringes on a red light district. We appreciated a few shops in the area but went to larger malls for more of what we needed.

Not what I was expecting

I was expecting to see a better quality hotel but it’s located in not a nice area. There were questionable ladies in the elevator. Towels were old and worn out. Bed mattress was not comfortable. I do not recommend this hotel unless you’re on a budget.

Usually like to stay here due to the location, value, and gym, but, this time I was placed in room P10 which was just above the laundry room(?), and it was incredibly noisy.

All the staff were exceptional. Especially Jeffery in the restaurant. Top guy. WiFi throughout the hotel was always good. Pool and jacuzzi always clean. Would happily stay again.
