Our first time to stay in this hotel , but over all we had a great experience from their friendly staff to their great services they have . Only one thing we weren’t happy about was , no microwave in the building , we have to go across to the other building. But this place is highly recommended. Now that we found this place , Looking forward to stay here again. P. S. Please management , put even just one microwave inside where the vending/ ice maker is at .

Quiet even though my room was street side. Very clean and modern yet classic style. Outstanding shower! Lovely bed. Good writing desk. Room service is very good. Safe, secure parking and lobby entrance. Just a very good boutique hotel. I will stay here again.

Pros: Clean, coffee pot, fridge, great customer service, shuttle service, great location, boutiquish (not a huge hotel), bar, restaurant on site, quiet (except the bar), AMAZING shower (double heads), great pillows, large window w/ great view. Cons: pool not on site, no microwave, food at hotel was ok (like a tv dinner), firm bed (could be a pro). Would most definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Coast Burbank Hotel and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. First of all, the location is super convenient, about 20 minutes from Pasadena and only 30 minutes from downtown K-town. You don’t ever feel like you are in the thick of downtown, but the city itself is never too far from you. Secondly, my group did go to Universal for two days. We made plenty of use of the free shuttle service to and from Universal. We booked in advance on the Hotels.com platform. There was no hassle, everything was super simple and easy, and we always got to Universal on time. Even when we were checking out, we left our luggages with the front desk and took the shuttle that day. It was super convenient! We also rented a car for the other half of our trip, and the hotel let us park the car in the lot overnight for free. Thirdly, the staff and the hotel atmosphere were really nice. The staff were prompt in their cleaning. The bathroom was remodeled and new. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Burbank!

Great Stay Near Universal Studios – Cozy & Family-Friendly! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Universal Studios! The location was super convenient — just a short drive away from the park, which made getting there with the family really easy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made a big difference in our overall experience. The hotel itself had a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a family trip. Even though the room didn’t have a microwave, it still had everything we needed, and the comfort more than made up for it. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families visiting the area!
