House keeping and transport was annoyed

The hotel itself is good not great. But for the price, it is outstanding. The highlights were that the bed/pillows were very comfortable and shower head was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Also, the young woman at the front desk to check me was very friendly. I’ll definitely be returning when I need to stay in Queens again.

Stayed for my man birthday, love everything about this hotel

•You have to walk through a housing projects to get to the hotel from the train. •There is a $100 cash deposit upon check in. •The was no storage space in the queen room, there was a bed, desk and chair, one side table, bathroom, small coat rack with one coat hanger and a small shelf above it-the room is very small •No telephone in room •My sheets were dirty upon arrival and when I asked the front desk for new ones, I was told I had to wait for housekeeping •Housekeeping comes and was not going to change the fitted sheet on the bed, I insisted that it be changed because the sheets smelled like pee •Housekeeping asks me for a tip (absolutely not, the sheets should have been clean prior to my arrival!!) •There is no mini fridge in the room •There is no microwave in the room •This hotel does not provide breakfast. Use caution when booking at this location.
