Stayed at this hotel twice for 3 to 5 days in 2025. Was there in the summer and there for Halloween weekend. Halloween weekend was great. During the summer, however, I got a room where I didn't have hot water at night for a little bit while I was showering. It was a Thursday night and I had hot water. The remaining days. I did not run into this issue when I was there in October and November. It's very clean. I like that there's a gym there. And the staff are very friendly. I definitely stay here again when I come back to Brooklyn. The location is also great because you're near Trader, Joe's and other shopping centers in case you need food or forgot something for your trip

The room smelled strongly of cigarette or weed smoke. At first, we thought the smell was coming from outside when we opened the window doors, but later realized it might be coming from the floor above. This was disappointing since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Instead of investigating who was causing the smoke, the staff member simply recommended that we change rooms.

It was a nice room though a little small. The room did have a small refrigerator which was a pleasant surprise and a decent closet and desk. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and pleasant. We loved the area and will definitely stay there next time we’re in town!
