This will be our new go-to for NYC. Extremely close to the Morgan L train station which is a direct line to Manhattan. Amazing restaurants in easy walking distance. We highly recommend Maloya on Flushing. The couple of blocks immediately surrounding the hotel are desolate but not scary. It's surprisingly quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Overpriced for the quality.

It was convenient to our show at Under the K. And plenty of easy street parking nearby. However it was super expensive for a not so quality room. Very dirty stained couch. Door jam was filthy and looked unkempt. No side table to put items on?

Staff were fine. It seems that every floor has construction going on so there is dust everywhere. My feet were black from 2 passes from the bed to the bathroom, floors are disgusting

Room was clean, easy to get to, subway super close- gave us access to get anywhere. Stayed for a concert at barclays- idk if we did something wrong but the subway wouldnt take us directly there- even though it was close and a subway stop right at barclays.. It took 40-50 minutes via subway. This didnt bother us. Will definitely stay here again. Coffee and water in the lobby. Microwave and fridge in the room, great view. Only negative was there were no soaps, conditioner, body wash in the shower dispensers. We didnt ask for more because we had our own stuff and im sure we couldve gotten more if we asked. We didnt have time to see the gym or bar but they were available.

Mediocre Stay in Brooklyn

Upon first glance this hotel is super cute and modern. If just for a couple of days, this hotel is okay. The staff was kind and accommodating. The amenities are just okay. I did notice that the towels had marks on them, I do think they had been washed but maybe not bleached? The floor left some kind of residue on my feet so I had to wear my shoes at all times. The pillows were not very fluffy on the bed which made for a bad nights sleep. The environment around the hotel was pretty loud, there was beeping coming from all over. The door to our room had a huge crack between the door and the frame which made it to where we could hear everything outside pretty loudly. At one point the door to the rooftop bar was left open and the music was clear and loud in our room. We were able to drown most noise out with a fan app to sleep. Don’t expect luxury and amenities here, and if you just need a cheaper place to stay for a couple nights it’s okay.

Great hotel in Brooklyn, excellent price for the location, less than 10 minute walk from the L train going straight into Manhattan. Facility is really nice, with a cool terrace bar on the 5th floor. Staff is very friendly although a little disorganized at moments. Negative point to the breakfast, very poor, doesn't need to be a full continental breakfast but something more than a dozen pastries and some coffee.

It met all of our needs. The Air Conditioning was messed up. We woke up and it was 88 degrees in our room. It got fixed. Then happened again. For the location it was convenient to our destination. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was small but overall pretty comfortable. It was overall quiet too.

No Mercy

Needs a chair. No place to sit. I was traumatically injured. The bed/mattress offered no support for my injury. I asked but there was no replacement. I brought the patio chair and table in so I had somewhere to sit and put my bag off the floor. The tv was garbage. I was in pain the whole time. I gave up and checked out a day early without any compensation. Hotels.com tried to advocate on my behalf but were unsuccessful too.
