We enjoyed our stay. Turns out that tris September day was the warmest of the year so far - 75F or so. We particularly enjoyed visiting Cape Disappointment State Park. If it had been warmer, we would have wanted air conditioning. But our ‘First Mates Quarters’ room was nice in that it had a separate seating area and TV.

I was appolled about no blanket on the bed or in the room at all. I was freezing. I had to cover up with my coat and wear my jacket to bed and cover up with a towel to try to get warm. The guy at the counter didnt seem that friendly. My room was nice outside of that.

The hotel was cute. The room had no flowing air so it was stuffy and humid when you checked in. The king bed was horrible. We left at 5 am in the morning because we did not get any sleep due the lack of comfort, cushion in the mattress. Location was on point, restaurants were amazing but the place to lay your weary body was very uncomfortable.

Overall nice and clean.

Overall the room was clean and functional. The only complaints I have are the shower and the noise. The shower was barely functional. The head kept falling down. Water leaking onto floor. I feel like it's probably on their remodel list. Also, it sounded like a herd of wildebeest stomping around for hours in the room upstairs.

Just like many hotels the pillows are too flat. I personally change my pillows about once a year in my home and I do spend a lot on that. But to get a good nights sleep one needs a great pillow. I usually unless I fly bring my own pillow❤️

An awesome, affordable motel on the sea

Right from the beginning it was a wonderful stay! The woman working the front counter was Very cheerful and pleasant. The room was very well put together! Had a full compliment of dishes and silverware with a real coffee maker stocked with a variety of flavors of coffee. Room was extremely clean and smelled great. Overall it was an excellent experience that didn't break the bank so close to the Pacific ocean. A+++
