Overall good, but there’s no towels in my room. I called the service desk and the staff helped to send new towels to our room. The phone is not working, so I have to walk down to the ground floor. The staff is nice and friendly.

We had to check out early at 9pm due to poor quality of rooms. Initially we were in room 120 which had a musty mildew odour and there was evidence of a leak by the windows and the carpet was damp. The next day, we got switched to room 111 and went out for the day. When we returned, we found this room was also had mildew odour and carpet was damp. When we called to notify front desk in person since phone didn't work, he advised they were sold out so couldn't be moved.. so we packed up our kids and left back home cutting short our mini vacation. Next time we'll be sure to avoid this brand.

Had an hour wait at check in which made us late for our event we were in town for. Says they were cleaning it the whole time. Finally get to room and it wasn’t vacuumed, had sock fuzz and hair and crumbs all over. Went to use our big jacuzzi tub, which we paid extra for. Had issues with no hot water which they came to fix. There was a dirty gross ring around the inside and pubic hair. We then cleaned the tub OURSELVES. Finally get it cleaned and filled and than the jets didn’t work. The staff lied to us at check in and than when we went down in the morning to speak to manager, we said we were told they were in for 9am, she said no, she’s scheduled for 11am. After we told her some of the issues, she said let me see if she’s here. Walks around the corner, where we could still hear her as she spoke to the manager, that then walked around the corner to speak to us. We have asked for some type of compensation but was told she had to address it after we left so will wait and see what gets done.
