Rooms very dark and outdated. Very clean though and staff very friendly and helpful. Very expensive for what it is though. Waterslide height restriction is too high. My grandson is 6 and can swim but is short for his age. He was very disappointed. Disney has kess restrictions. Silly when that was why we went. Pool always packed. Arcade is a rip off. Impossible to win claw machines, dont bother. No loungers at pool, cant realy relax. Chlorine smell overpowering, stings eyes. Should have a bar near pool or snack bar. Not enough to do. Overall in my opnion not worth the high price.

The rooms on the north wing are a bit dated with the two queen beds - house keeping needs to be reserved. Despite the beautiful pool area which was overcrowded for the season , the hotel needs some upgrade on the room and other services .

We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays and really enjoyed our experience. The rooms are spacious, warm, and cozy. The pool and water slide were excellent and a big hit with the kids. There is also a daily activity program for young children in the lobby, which was a nice bonus for families. There were, however, a few drawbacks. First, the pool hours were reduced, which was disappointing given that it was the holiday season and the hotel was fully booked. Pool was closed earlier without notice. Secondly, breakfast is not included, and the on-site café lacks flexibility: there is only one soup of the day available, while the second soup is offered only as part of a combo and cannot be ordered separately. Overall, it’s a very pleasant hotel, especially for families, but there can be improvements.
