Welcome to this cozy chalet in the quiet urbanization of Cala Pi and very close to its wonderful beach. It has capacity for 6 people and a private pool.
Enjoy the wonderful island weather in the property’s outdoor area, which is ideal for relaxing. After a spectacular day of sightseeing, there’s nothing better than taking a dip in the chlorine pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 meters and a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.80m. If you prefer just to cool off, there is also an outdoor shower available. The house is located in the center of the development and has neighbors nearby.

The interior is distributed on a single floor and features a classic and cozy style. The living-dining room has satellite television and is perfect for the six guests. The independent ceramic hob kitchen comes with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. In addition, there is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it’s time to sleep, there are three bedrooms available: the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two each with two single beds. There is another bathroom with a shower available. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.

The house is located in the heart of the small Cala Pi development, near a supermarket and a restaurant. For more services, you can go to sa Ràpita or Llucmajor. The best part of this location is its proximity to the sea and just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful cove with turquoise waters and fine sand. From here, a breathtaking cliff with spectacular views begins. You can also visit the prehistoric Talaiot Capocorp Vell village, declared a Historical-Artistic Monument in 1931.
