run down, crappy property, dingy, old, motel, toilet ran, old tvs, bad bed, in very very serious need of a massive remodel/teardown, location is excellent, the place sucks.

A bit tired and out of date. Carpet needs replaced. Our shower did not work properly. Breakfast was good. Walk to the center of town was not too far and did not have to cross the busy main street.

Dislikes: The shower had a constant leak. Only 1 garbage pale for entire room. Front desk woman was a bit snippy. Not enough shampop/conditiner.TV did not have guide. No bathrooms by pool. Heater/AC was old and difficult to adjust. Likes: very walkable. Pizza down street was amazing. Pool was clean and hot tub was hot. Lots of pool towells.
