The casino itself was very nice, in a good location but the room stayed hot and AC worked poorly. Room stayed at 78 with the AC on full blast. It was March but felt like a summer trip.

8 elevators but only 1 worked at a time it seemed. So on your way down to the lobby youd have to stop 3-6 times every time. Loved that your room came with an EMPTY fridge for personal use instead of a fridge with overpriced stock. Big plus there.

We were disappointed with the service of HORSHOE specifically housekeeping. When we checked in, the room was dirty, we can tell that they didnt even wipe the tables and cabinet. It was dusty, windows has a lot of finger prints and smudges, the carpet is not clean and the washroom cabinet has marks/stains and when you sit in the toilet you can see the dirt of the corners. We requested to changed the linen and they only changed the linen once. In our almost a week of stay, I always leave a tip every single day between 3-5 dollars and Im surprised that they only accept $4 above tip and they will ignore and not clean if its $3. The standard of cleanliness was really poor. The hallway carpet has a lot of garbage and sitting there for days. I would suggest that the hierarchy would do a detailed check on their rooms and see how the housekeeper clean the rooms and set a standard when it comes to cleanliness. It ruins the Sphere and Highroller view when theres finger prints everywhere and really visible at night. I made a note about my concern and they totally ignored it. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but cleanliness wise definitely I will not recommend it. You went for holiday but you cant even relax when you know the place you stayed for almost a week is not properly cleaned.

The table craps dealers for the most part were rude and did not want to call for help when they needed it. I will never play it again at the Horseshoe.

I booked a non-smoking room for two nights, but after the first night, I had to change hotels due to air quality issues. When I woke up, both my father and I had extremely dry mouths and throats and couldn’t talk for about 30 minutes. I spoke with the front desk and the manager, who insisted that this is a non-smoking hotel and offered to change our room. However, I could clearly tell that people were smoking (not cigarettes) inside the hotel, which made us very uncomfortable. Despite my concerns, the manager kept repeating that this was a non-smoking property. Ultimately, I decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are sensitive to air quality.
