It is right in the middle of the vegas strip. Just outside the casino/hotel there is a plaza to eat, drink, and shop. Right next to that is a CVS for all of your other needs.

Our room was cleaned every day. The shops near by are a little walking to get there but the Essential shop inside the hotel had everything we needed. The staff was a little rude, in that when we checked in, I was told I was in the wrong line but there was not a sign to say I was checking into the Paris while I was inside of the Horseshoe. And I was the only person there at the time, so what difference did it make?! Also had a problem with a slot machine that wouldn’t let me cash out my money. The service button wouldn’t work so I pressed the button on the machine next to me that did work, after I asked a cleaning person to call someone. She also pressed a nearby me machines service button and said, “they will come now”. When the slot attendant came, he told me that everyone was pushing buttons that were not their machine so it just slowed him down. Told him my button did t work so I had to, to get someone to help me. He sternly told me I was part of the reason he was having to take so long to get there. “Too many buttons pushed slows me down” The only apology I got was when his boss came to help and couldn’t fix the machine either, so she went and got my cash, then said she was sorry I had to wait so long (about an hour total).

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
2 years ago I stayed at the Horseshoe, at that time it was fairly decent hotel. I now just stayed at the Horseshoe again and will not ever return. The hotel was so dirty and the customer service with some of the worst that I have ever experienced.
