Absolutely pathetic. All the amenetis were old. The room has fautly firealarm, refrigrator. It kept buzzing all the time. Elevatory were not in working condition and it was reported by everyone staying there but with no resolution. This is by far the worst stay i ever experienced.

We stayed at Horseshoe for 9 days at 23rd floor. The room was big and clean and had everything you would expect in a modern hotel. The view was just gorgeous. I like the casino because they still have KENO. Unfortunately the room key never worked for the parking garage and we always had to call the operator to let us leave the garage. We eventually got used to that and by the time it didn't bother us too much.
