The receptionist was not in her mood to work that night. I know its late to check in. Yet, her job is to be pleasant at least. She agreed to work that shift. Then found out in the morning when i was to claim my beverage credit at the restaurant, that our room was under the different name. Which is kinda scary. That my data could be hacked. I choose Conrad at Resorts world thought it would be an excellent service but i was wrong. Maybe its not bout the name/brand anymore to get an excellent service. I was so dissapointed for the first time under a well known resort.
