The experience was good but traveling with 2 toddlers that love to crawl on the carpet the room was not so pleasant, their knees and toes were very dirty afterwards which leads to one thing dirty carpets.

Elevators are slow if you are on the upper floors....you stop on floor after floor in both directions. The food at the venues in the resort is just "OK". Nothing amazing, nothing crazy good....but all WAY over priced...$7 for a fountain pepsi that costs the operator 5 cents is robbery.

It was a five star hotel but they did not even provide free bottled water in the rooms. A bottle of water cost US$17. The least they could have done was provide for a couple of free bottled waters per day.

Comfy but poorly plotted

Overall a very comfy stay with excellent staff. Pros include the excellent views, the clean and surprisingly smokeless casino floor, over a dozen dining options and a selection of pools. Cons include a dramatic distance from self parking to the front desk, few food options in the afternoon, difficulty navigating signage outside the hotels, and a bit of confusion when communicating to others where we are staying. For the last issue, we would tell people we were staying at the Conrad and they would say they had found the Hilton but couldn't find us despite those being the same building. Front desk and casino tables staff were delightful, fun, and very helpful. Highly recommend the soft scramble sandwich at Sun's Out Buns Out

I liked the location, lots of places to walk, it was clean and looked safe, what I didn't like is that when I checked in they gave me the wrong room, I walked in and it was occupied by other people, after I let the front desk know about this they apologized and gave me a different room but it still wasn't the room I chose when I made my reservation but I was tired from traveling and the view wasn't bad so I decided to keep it, I couldn't connect to the hotel wifi because the app said the room I was in was supposed to be empty so overall I liked my stay at Conrad, just a few details bothered me but other than that it's a nice place to stay.
