Brand New Lake Front Cottage/House

Relax on the back deck of our house with lake view 35 feet away. House is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Four bedrooms have lake view. Cable tv in all bedrooms. Hardwood floors, fireplace, washer and dryer, AC, big kitchen and barbeque grill on back deck for cook outs, outdoor firepit, brand new furnitures and all appliances. Our lovely lake home was finished for rent in July 2019.

Highly recommend!

We rented this house for a small family reunion at the lake and had a wonderful time! The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved splashing in the lake, and we were close enough to the nearby towns so we could explore the Leelanau peninsula. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Family vacation

The property was well suited for our family of 7 adults and two kids. Plenty of bedrooms but the kitchen/living area would have felt crowded with additional people. We enjoyed the deck, grill, yard, dock and firepit. Enjoyed watching a duck family share the shore and we caught a few fish. We did bring and need to use a few extra chairs for the yard.

Great property

What a great property! We especially enjoy the big back covered porch and the proximity to the water. This bedroom configuration works perfect for our family. There are so many things to do nearby that we are never disappointed even if the weather doesn’t allow us to enjoy the lake for fishing, boating and tubing. We wereeven able to enjoy a small family wedding at the dock.

Fun Lake Leelanau Getaway!

The home is so nicely maintained and worked very well for our family. Our grandsons enjoyed some touch-football on the lakeside lawn. The front porch was inviting. We had everything we needed. This Lake is great for swimming and boating.

Anniversary celebration with family

House very nice and nicely stocked with items needed. For 12 people 1 bathroom shared upstairs is a problem. The yard is weedy and very coarse and when it rained it became quite boggy from hill run off in back of house. Driveway is shared with neighbors and can be quite tricky. The swim area gets mucky at end of dock but for little kids adequate. Overall our group rated it a 8 out of ten for our stat and with all said. We would recommend it to others.

Celebrating Family

This beautiful well maintained home sits right on Lake Leelanau- We rented a boat and enjoyed three days on the lake fishing, skiing, swimming and tubing- On the other days we hit all the hot spots including Grand Traverse Lighthouse, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Fishtown(Leland) We enjoyed local breweries and wineries, Martha’s Restaurant in Suttons Bay, and so much more-

Water wonder

The kids were in the water every chance they had. Location was super convenient to key attractions, groceries and restaurants. Sunrises made morning coffee on the porch extra special. Could use another large trash bin or a mid-week pick up for when larger groups stay. Otherwise, great home for family time.

Lovely Lake House @ Lake Leelanau

I have rented and owned in Leelanau. This house worked out very well for all 8of my family. Great location for going any direction and also for the beautiful view. Perfect for a family of all ages. Well stocked house, right on the lake with lots to do!

Beautiful property both inside and out. Very nicely furnished and appointed (could use table lamps in the bedrooms). Large immaculate kitchen with all the appliances (could use a cooling rack) and dining area with good seating. Bedrooms all decent size and the beds and linens were comfortable. Only one master bath was not an "issue" for us, but the shared bath upstairs for four bedrooms might be a challenge for some. Overall the home was in pristine condition and exceeded our expctations. Parking was tight as the property has a shared drive and the neighbors had a houseful. It made for tight conditions when backing out to leave. Yard, dock and lake access were very good. We swam most days, and had a fire in the pit several evenings. Best feature was the full length covered porch And plenty of seating to enjoy the wobderful view! This is what we came for! Lots to see and do in the area. Swim, boat, hike, site see, shop and relax! Everyone in our group 12 - 83 had a wonderful time, and our family made more wonderful memories in Leelanau County.

Lake life for our family

This was our 6th year family vacation on Lake Leelanau and it was another fabulous vacation. The home has everything to suit our needs and is just a great family home. Family vaca

We had an amazing time at this Lake Leelanau property! The home is new and beautiful and had everything we needed. The dock is great and the water was warm and clean enough to play in. The yard was wonderful and we had more than enough room for our Family Olympics. Arceli was a dream to work with too - always very responsive to any questions I had. We all can’t wait to go back! Really enjoyed our time at Lake Leelanau house! Location is perfect… for wineries/shopping.

Our family had a great time relaxing on the lake, kayaking, exploring wineries etc. Location is perfect for getting to Leland and Suttons Bay. Great wineries nearby! Lake front is good for launching kayaks… lake bottom gets mucky quickly there but owners did put in stairs off dock when we were there which was appreciated. Hosts were very available and responded to questions quickly! Kitchen was equipped with items to start your week. Very clean. Would definitely return for another vacation.!!

Beautiful Lake Cottage

Beautiful newer lake cottage that was exactly as listed. All amenities plus some were on property and the location is central to anything in the peninsula. We had a fantastic time and the owners were very responsive to any questions. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area.
