Super tiny sink; wonderful staff though

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Last time I booked a Premier King Room and was given an upgrade to a Premier King Plus, and that room was fine (albeit dated). This time I was given a Premier King Room as booked, without an upgrade. I am quite surprised (or shocked) to find that, despite the name "Premier", the room has the smallest bathroom I have ever seen (even compared with Tokyo business hotels). The sink is as "big" as what we usually see what's in a plane toilet. What's worse is that there is a shelf above sink, so every time I brushed my teeth or wash my face, I couldn't do the job right above the sink with the shelf blocking me, so water/foam dropped to the floor in the process - really awkward. That said, I have to praise the staff at the hotel - whether at reception, entrances and housekeeping - they are very helpful.

New wing

We stayed at the new wing at this hotel. The shower curtain looked dirty and really didn’t like bathtub shower and would prefer standing shower instead (not choice given). Gym access is not complimentary (used to be) and will set you back HK55 for two hours use with no towel provided. Bring your own!

Hotel was close to a lot of different shopping that was walking distance. If you like very firm mattresses to sleep on this is definitely the place. Staff was very polite.

Highly recommend for it's cleanliness and location. Reception staff is friendly and housekeeper Ann on 11th floor is so cheerful with great service. Will stay in this hotel when I come to Hong Kong again.

Excellent service, especially from manager Peter Li who is very helpful and proactive. Great location near MTR, shopping, eateries, etc. Also has many bus routes that go directly to many places without transfers. Can walk to TST.

The location of this hotel is very conveniently situated, shops immediately within walkable distance, or you can hop on the public MTR with the station also extremely close by. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms are looked after very well with daily cleaning. Would definitely stay again.
