Good value for money

Location is excellent, close to bus and subway stations with plenty of dining choices in the near vicinity. Room size is big by HK standards. Be reminded that hotels in HK DO NOT provide any more disposable amenities (toothbrush, etc)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms are very tiny, which might not suit those who prefer more spacious accommodations. However, the lobby is quite good and offers a pleasant first impression. The housekeeping service is excellent—everything was kept clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff deserves a special mention for being incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, while the room size was disappointing, the service and staff made the stay more comfortable. This hotel is a good option if room space isn’t a priority for you.

Good: close to Yau Ma Tei MTR exit, bus A21 from airport has a stop close to the hotel, room was clean and functional Not so good: Wi-Fi was intermittent (in & out) all night long and didn’t have a stable connection, unable to adjust the room temp (turned it off to make the room less cold), no towel rail close to the shower If anything, current expectations by all guests is a stable Wi-Fi connection, especially in countries with excellent telecom infrastructure like HK

Unlucky experience

Good location, good size with the price, but service is not perfect. I got 2 little bites from mystery bugs from the bed. Problem solved by replacing the whole bedding. Inching for 1-2 days. Bad smell (drain) for 2 nights.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Service and Prime Lo

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and traveling around the city.
