Each bedroom offers a thoughtful layout: one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and 2 singles, another with a double bed and bunk bed, and a fourth with 2 single beds—allowing for a flexible and comfortable stay. The villa also features 3 full bathrooms equipped with hot water, towels, shampoo, body soap, and hair dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as stovetops, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and toaster, along with all cookware, dishes, and a large dining table—perfect for enjoying meals at home. Two living rooms provide ample space for relaxation or entertainment, while air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, washer, iron, and fast Wi-Fi add convenience for both short stays and longer holidays.

This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€15 per night for villas

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
