Featuring four luxurious bedrooms, a spacious light-filled open living area, and abundant entertaining area, this home is perfect for cosyingup in the Winter with a glass of wine and a book or waking up to the sunshine and smell of the sea in the Summer time.
The Space
Open living area that dreams are made of, featuring 8 seater dining table, 4 seater breakfast bar, luxurious cloud couch, TV and sound system.
Full equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, and a huge marble island bench. Extras including coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are all included.
Bedrooms all feature brand new, comfy beds with gorgeous linen. All three bathrooms have showers, with one also sporting a free standing bath. An additional powder room is also available.
All rooms have air-conditioning and heating options. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street.
The Location
Located in Jan Juc, the home is only ashort stroll to Swell Cafe for a coffee, and the Beach Hotel for drinks. You can take the surf coast walk and the cliff top track to famous surf beaches Bells, Winki, and Steps. Also a 5 minute drive to Torquay main shops, cafes, and bars.
