Your vacation rental is located in the heart of Topsail Beach and just 5 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, you can walk to the gift shops,restaurants and Jolly Roger Pier. Also, don't overlook a trip to the nearby Missiles& More Museum while you're here and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospitalon the mainland.

Queens Grant provides access to the community swimming pool, boat ramp and day dock within a minute walking distance.

The Queens Grant swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (dates subject to change depending on weather & HOA).  

The community boat dock area is for loading and unloading boats only. Boats cannot be left at the dock for any length of time. 

Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. Additional parking is provided in the visitors parking area.
