Walking distance to Convention Center, Lucas Oil, Monument Circle, and all downtown restaurants. Property is located one block off of I65 and I70.

Stadium Villas is a private safe area of colorful homes used for short-term rentals.

Guests will have access to the entire lower level unit which has its own private separate entrance from the top unit.

One free private parking spot next to property. Additional parking available for a fee depending upon availability.
