03/24/25: BUILDING NOTICE: The entire recreation deck, including the pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for extensive renovations beginning sometime in April and throughout 2025 and into 2026 (12-16 months project). Please be aware that, as the renovations will take place in close proximity to this condo, there may be noise disturbances during this period.

- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.
