The Shipyard Beach House is also about a 10 minute walk while the community pool is about 1 minute away. The Sonesta Hotel is within walking distance and there are several restaurants and a bar located in the luxury four star hotel. Shipyard has a great location on Hilton Head with easy driving to grocery stores, shops and restaurants at Coligny. Sea Pines and Harbourtown are only a few minutes away by car.
Hilton Head Island offers 30 golf courses, 200 shops, 250 restaurants 117 miles of bike paths, 17 miles of beautiful beaches with all the activities you could dream of. You can go lay on the beach and relax or bike for miles or golf championship golf courses where PGA Legends have played or dine overlooking the ocean or harbor then relax in a very nice condo.
