On the water. Great restaurant with ocean views. Very friendly staff. Great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Shuttle service to other beaches in Kona. On the downside, there is no microwave in room.

Conveniently located. Not many options for vegetarians.

Staffs are excellent - property is great ! Swimming at the Manta Ray is literally at walking distance !

We have been having great experiences in Hawaii at every place we have stayed so far. But I have to mention something special about this property. We stayed here only for one night -but every bit of it was worth it. The staff at the reception desk on 20 th evening - her name is Ipo - was just amazing! We just mentioned that our younger one’s birthday is on 21 st and we wanted to know if there was an option of getting a cake somewhere. Not only she arranged a cake as a courtesy , she got beautiful garland and a cute birthday card signed by the staffs for our little one and had everything ready to be picked up at the front desk at 11 at night! We travel all around the world - this was so special ! We never experienced this kind of hospitality anywhere before ! They didn’t have to do any of it - we would still love the property - its location right on the water - beautiful view from the balcony - the excellent service by the staffs at the restaurant! We couldn’t ask for anything more ! It will be nice to come back again ! Thank you Ipo and thank you all the staffs !
