Outside our room I noticed mold on the ceiling tile.. the. I found out the pool was down for maintenance and also the website said they have a gym on site and there was none.. I was not very happy ..
This is the most digusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy. The pool and vending machines are out of order and have been for quite some time. Our group had to go to the store and get clorox wipes and lysol just to stay there. The front desk doesn't care that the rooms are filthy, no breakfast other than honey buns and brown orange juice. Multiple people in our group had to ask the front desk for new sheets. I personally never got a new mattress cover because the front desk said they had none clean but would wash mine and give it back, but that never happened. They have no cleaning crew. I am sure this hotel is used for drug deals by the locals.
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was filthy. There was a grape and a sausage patty on the floor, coffee and sticky stuff on like everything, toilet seat clearly not cleaned with pee and pubes on it, bathroom floor was dirty, the tub was dirty with hair from someone shaving in it still, the pool was “closed for maintenance” but the girl who checked us in said the heater broke and the owner didn’t want to fix it which was very disappointing to my children who were looking forward to swimming. Never stayed at a hotel that had such a terrible breakfast. There was literally only honey buns, generic fruit loops, Frosted Flakes, apples and waffles. The apple juice and orange juice were bad. Tasted spoiled and when we told the front desk she said “yeah it doesn’t mix right”. It smelled terrible in there too. Musty stale cigarette smell in a non smoking room. Only good thing was the beds LOOKED to be fresh sheets but I would not be surprised if they weren’t.
This place was very dirty! Beds were still dirty from the previous guest! Blankets and sheets had blood on one bed and pee stains on the other! They allow pot smoking in the rooms! I highly allergic to it! Breakfast was cereal or a honey bun! The pool is not open! The staff was extremely rude! I took my blankets and stuff down they didnt have back up at all said they would bring them ip when they got them washed i had to go down the next morning and get them! The whole place reaked of cigarettes and marajuana! Hotels.com charged all 3 of my kids $94 a night and charged me $115 a night for two adults! Makes no sense to me! They do not change the comforters after each person they said they dont have enough comforters for that! Shower had hair in it! So that wasnt cleaned either! There was grapes popcorn and a piece of cheeseburger on the floor! Thank god er brought our own blankets and pillows! Bathroom had dirty towels in it!!
The pool was closed for maintenance, which was the reason we chose that hotel. Then the tv didn't work and the desk person just said there's no tv. Then the internet didn't work, and i just gave up. I'll never return to a quality inn anywhere after this experience. Luckily the reason we vacationed there was amazing.
Entered in the front lobby and greeted by the front desk clerk. The clerk did not know how to access our reservation. It took 45 minutes to check in. We were the only customers in the lobby. The first room was filthy. When I mention filthy, I mean many, many stains on the sheets, food on the floor, heater filter disgusting, Sheets obviously not been changed just the bed made. shower disgusting. Second room tolerable. At 10 outside our door the front desk clerk vacuumed until 12 midnight. On her phone all night talking so loud I was unable to sleep. Complained the next morning about the stay and nothing done. Also, I never got a receipt of my stay.
The shower did not work, it had no way of turning on at all.
The smoke alarm had been ripped off the wall leaving exposed wires.
The peep hole was broken and stuffed with an unknown material.
The sheets and heavy cover on the bed had several burn marks from cigarettes.
The carpets are horrible and reek of old cigarettes.
0/100 will not come back or recommend to anyone.
Very old and in need of service work. My shower was clogged and you had to stand in 1/2 “ of water when showering. Curtain sheets were tattered. TV worked sporadically.

I did not get to stay at this hotel. I booked through hotel.com and they took my credit card number and sent me a room confirmation. When I got to the hotel they did not have a room for me and they were booked! So I was standing there with no room and no other place to go!!! I will NEVER use hotel.com again!! EVER
The drink machines were down. In our room under bed was food from prior person stay. On the bed skirt there was some white stuff like it not been taken off and washed.
