Enjoy your holiday in this modern, bright maisonette-style holiday apartment, just a few steps from Lake Constance. The apartment is located in a small, well-maintained residential complex with underground parking and its own swimming pool, right at the West Harbour of Hagnau on Lake Constance.
The bakery is just a stone's throw away. You can also relax at numerous spots directly at the harbour, by the lake, or along the lakeside promenade from Hagnau to Meersburg.
On the small roof terrace, you enjoy a partial lake view, although the view is not possible from all areas.
The apartment offers about 55 sqm of living space with some sloping ceilings and an open living area with a ceiling height of about 3 to 4 metres. There is one bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed (180x200 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, except for a dishwasher.
A steep staircase leads to the roof terrace – charming, but not suitable for small children or guests with limited mobility.
The location is ideal for all of you who want to experience Lake Constance up close: Enjoy walks along the shore, water sports, cycling tours, or excursions to the charming towns in the area – all right on your doorstep.
