Top location but a bit noisy all night even our room at level 27 with windows closed...as a lot of pub music, party, people singing out loud etc. Also got blocked washing basin in the toilet we we arrived... other than the above, the view is good and the room is quite clean
Residences should be renovated
For a five star property the rooms are average and need to be updated. The rooms are not clean and smell musty. The corridors also smell but are masked with deodoriser the same deodoriser that is used in the main lobby which can be quite overpowering at times. The car park has a very bad odor of garbage which is always present but can be really strong at times. The only thing I enjoyed about Hilton was the buffet breakfast. Not only was the food great but the whole team from chefs to floor staff were professional and very attentive they are a close knit team which make you feel very comfortable and well looked after.
The location of the hotel is very good, closed to nearly all facilities and hot spots. staff are friendly and we eventually got a higher floor, cleaned room with ocean view. We are happy with what we've paid.
