We stayed in the Standard 2 bed apartment. The location is good, view of the Broadwater and handy to shops, parks etc. pool was good. This apartment is in need of an upgrade unfortunately. Doors on balcony don’t lock, aircon noisy & smelly. Damp smell through apartment so had to really open all doors for airflow. Carpet sticky, couches in need of replacement, toilet roll holder broken & a few other small things. Balcony furniture old. Fans were dusty. Would stay again but in an upgraded apartment. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Staff were courteous and welcoming. Check in and check out were seemless and easy. The apartment could do with some extra cleaning of fans in bathroom, spa jets and ledges on big windows. TV and wall fan in one of the bedrooms did not work so that was disappointing but overall our stay was good. Location was excellent for what we needed also.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, with beautiful water views. However, the apartment itself was very disappointing. Two of the rooms did not have air conditioning, and one room has a water heater installed in the room with no ventilation considerations. There was no consideration for guest comfort, as proper ventilation or air conditioning should be essential. None of the bathrooms had locks, which was unexpected and uncomfortable, especially as they were shared bathrooms. The utensils were not clean, and the apartment overall felt poorly maintained and in need of renovation. There were also no bin bags provided for our four-night stay. While the views were great, the apartment did not justify the price we paid. Compared to our previous stays across Australia, this fell well below our expectations.

Staff was really friendly and overall it was very clean, bedsheets etc. The room I had had a really old and dirty looking/ stained carpet and mat. If I didn't have a toddler I wouldn't have cared, but felt a bit yucky. Also there was no ceiling fan in the bedroom
