The room smelt the sliding door to the balcony came off the TV kept on going off there was a sign in the room saying due to cyclone Alfred the tv may not work the cyclone was 2 years ago They took a 200 dollar bond and as yet I haven’t received the bond back

I used to live in the area, so everything was familiar and comfortable. The service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I can book in again for my next trip to the Gold Coast as it definitely was value for money 👌

The room was very clean and well supplied for an appartment stay. Main issue - we had a room on the second floor - no lifts, so had to lug bags up four flights of stairs... but obviously we didn't research enough. Other comments - rather run down but that is to be expected in a property of this age and price. If cosmetices and stairs aren't a problem, I'd highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t manage 3 flights of stairs for a 70yr old, my husband cut his hand open on the way to our room. No help or assistance from reception. 😡

The staff were excellent making the check in/out a very smooth and quick process. They went out of their way to assist me. The facilities were well above the current rating. Room and amenities were very good, Pool an excellent way to start and finish a day. Carpark space big enough for our large vehicle. Will visit and stay here again in the future. I recommend that people looking at this place for accommodation go past all the negative reviews and decide for themselves, you will be pleasently surprised.

Extremely loud position. Room was 10meters off a set of lights on a highway. Flet I was trying to sleep on a race track all hours of the night. I wondered why there was ear plugs on the room directory folder, I figured out why around 3am when I couldn’t sleep because of the thin glass and constant reving of cars.
