Booking Requirements & Important Information

This home is located in a quiet residential area & is designed for respectful family and group stays.

• Strictly no parties, events, schoolies, hens or bucks bookings
• Primary guest must be 30+
• Maximum 20 guests – all guests must be declared (no unapproved visitors)
• Quiet hours strictly enforced from 10pm – 8am
• No moving of furniture or décor
• No smoking inside the home
• Pets by prior approval only

All bookings are subject to verification & compliance with house rules. The reservation is not considered final until identity verification & rental agreement signed within 24 hours of booking, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit hold will be processed prior to arrival via our secure booking system.

Failure to complete these requirements may result in cancellation.
