I loved the property

Pigeon river inn is always clean, all the employees are friendly and wil get u anything u need if they can. Great place to stay we try to stay here every time we come to pigeon forge.

Everything convenient and quiet and personnel friendly and helpful.

Very appreciative of the staff (specifically Terri) who assisted with my families relocation. Relocated from our cabin on the morning of 6/15 and they had my new suite ready within hours so we didn’t have to wait until 4pm to bring our belongings over

Neve have s single complaint.

In desperate need of updates. The 1 elevator doesn't have any "inspection documentation" the beds are super hard, I mean really hard. Could be a lot cleaner as there was still soap and toothpaste smears on sink faucet from past guests. And someone left a smear of blood on bathroom door from prior stays. Staff was nice and convenient walk to the island and other entertainment on the main strip. Vending machine was out of drinks on first floor, and stole my money when I requested it back. But the water pressure was great. It was ok for the price but the cleaning definitely needs to step up. And again if your looking for a good night sleep just don't, the bed is horrible! Unless you like it hard as the floor then it's a must stay!
