The rooms were OK the first night our AC was broke very warm but they fixed it the next day but when I booked with them, I was supposed to pay 279 and some change according to my hotels.com receipt but when we got to to the hotel, it was $301 and some change

This place Wasn’t clean we were shown 4 different rooms and in every room we were shown was dirty. Half the lights didn’t work the air unit was making loud noises and not to mention it did not even smell clean it smelled like a moldy basement . I wouldn’t not waste your money and it’s a hassle to even try to get a refund.

Well it work for a night

Woof, where do I start? We stayed in the Hilltop building for 1 night with our dog. The front desk failed to mention the elevator from that building back down to the main building (where check-out and breakfast are) was out of service, so we had to hike the steep hill multiple times. The building and our room are in serious need of renovation. It was fine for 1 night and if it were not did the location (in the heart of downtown) and the fact they allow pets I am not sure I’d be back. Oh and the front desk never answers the dang phone.

It was a very disapointing stay. Quality has always been great. The location of the "hilltop" building we stayed in was a long walk up steep hills to get to the office. Our key would not work on Thursday and since they never answered their phone we had to drive down a steep driveway to get to the Parkway, may a left turn thru heavy traffic and a left up the Hotel's driveway to get to the office. I am 76 and I am not walking down a 45 degree hill to get there then walk back up it. ridiculous! The lady at the desk was Indian and I could not understand her well at all. Not real with it and won't go back.

The room needed some repairs. The toilet paper holder was broken and there were holes in the walls where a towel bar would be located. I also had to ask for a box of tissues. Thought the attention to detail was lacking

Not a great experience :/

The bathroom had an awful smell as if someone had just used it before we got there, and it wasn’t clean. There was a missing balcony chair. They didn’t put a notice that the fireplaces are not available for use until a certain date. Front desk staff was not hospitable. They didn’t honor the hotel.com pricing so overall it was an unpleasant stay. I saw great reviews before booking but I am curious if those are even real, because there is just no way.

Elevator not functional

King size bedroom seemed to be a converted afterthought. 2nd floor next the Howard's Steak house. One chair balcony.,fridge did not work properly. Bathroom sink in the hallway towards the door. Zero elevators working. Did have hungry Black Bears roaming the creek and parking area. Yikes but stupidly cool.
