Hotel was very nice the staff was hit and miss. Would have been disappointed if we gave a rip about Elvis. Seemed like we were at one of those restaurants where they played on the idea of being rude to you. Some staff members were very kind and happy.

We stayed 3 nights here which was sufficient for us to see Gracelands and visit Downtown museums. Hotel itself was busy, but our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We didn’t drive but found Ubers best way to get around town as readily available.

Nice clean hotel, and staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Some things in our room looked a little worn, but everything was clean and comfortable. I really felt that for the price of the room and the additional resort fees, we should have received a free continental breakfast with a coffee service downstairs, or free parking. It was nice to have the shuttle to Graceland, and I enjoyed the overall experience, but I would not go back again.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and choc milk, the live music was great. We ate at EP lounge and our food was great with good service. I felt safe with the security driving through parking lot.

Very clean property. Excellent customer service! It was a wonderful experience. A little pricey. They should offer discounts for those who paid for airfare, hotel, and tour. The Elvis shops are very expensive. Aside from that, the restaurants and hotel are excellent! I hope to return someday when I have more time. Thank you.
