We have stayed numerous of places along the line of pigeon forge, but this place tops them all. So nice, and clean, feels like home. And there’s so much the place offers. it was nice being able to swim, play games, and eat all right there. We visit pigeon forge several times throughout the year, and from now on this will be our favorite place to stay!!

Just returned home after our stay at Country Cascades. I took my two granddaughters down for an overnight stay and they didnt want to leave. This place has EVERYTHING for kids! They even have gem mining in the lobby!! I would much rather stay here as to pay twice as much for the bigger waterpark hotels. The rooms were clean, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this place. We will most definitely be back again!

Great stay for any age.

This was the perfect little getaway. We did not even have to leave the facilities if we didn’t want to they had everything and although we had our 20 month old granddaughter, she had a blast playing and hopping in the water and if we would’ve had a 15 year-old and anywhere in between they would’ve had a blast Much better than what we had expected. We highly recommend.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the amenities were very enjoyable. The outdoor water park was not accessible at this time of year, so we can not say how that would have been.

This place is awesome! Great staff, lots to do, everything is great! Book on Expedia and let them know when you check in and you’ll get a free ice cream and 20$ arcade card! So much fun! We loved it all!

Very family friendly

A very nice family place. The rooms were clean the beds comfortable with extra pillows. The out door water park was fun with 2 big slides and a large pool. The indoor pool was nice and the largest hot tub I’ve ever seen. The all you can eat breakfast was great.The location in very convenient. We walked about a block to take the bus stop and rode Tran to Dollywood.

Our stay was fantastic. We had an incident with our 4 year old the first night- dance party for the Halloween nights and he hit his face on the wood bench and busted the bridge of his nose open, and every single one of the staff members were amazing and helped us. Our room was clean and large for a family of 6.(king bed and 4 bunk beds). The swimming area was great (didn't know the outside slides were closed M-F, but the kids still loved the indoor pool and indoor slides). I have teenagers and a 4 year old and they all loved this hotel! If we ever come back out this way, I will definitely stay here again.

Nicest staff EVER

We had a standard hotel room with 2 queen beds. It was decorated cute and clean. There was so much to do the granddaughter didn’t want to leave the hotel. The amount of activities and things to do at the hotel surprised me but it really was the staff that set this place at the top of my list. We encountered the NICEST staff I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed. The manager even went on a scavenger hunt with the daughter and granddaughter to find her lost stuffy and inevitably helped with a replacement even though the shops were closed. He cared enough that he didn’t want her to go to bed without a buddy so he sent her back with a new stuffy and remembered her and asked about the new buddy in passing in the hotel. 100% recommend to anyone traveling with kids.
