We loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly. It was clean with lots of kid friendly activities. My kids loved the bunk beds. Such a great experience, would go back.

We checked in on 5/10 to just stay 1 night- it’s was so nice , we stayed in building 2? (it was attached to main building)It was absolutely perfect! We did have to dispose of a dead bird on balcony but that was nobody’s fault! Waterpark was great, room was great, activities were great- all around a 10!! So much so that when we checked out on the 11th to spend the day at Soaky Mtn Waterpark we planned to go home but ended up going back to Cascades and stayed yet AGAIN! This time didn’t get the same room and was in building 3? (Not accessible from main building) From the moment we walked in door of hotel , it smelt bad, old , musty, just very dated. The room was clean but A\C was awful. Didn’t sleep all night because we were so hot from A/C not staying on would cut off and blow warm air. The waterpark was nice but pool inside was freezing and slides are closed after 6pm on everyday but FRIDAY and Saturday so u get the choice of a freezing pool or a hot tub . Also the elevator in building 3?(not attached building) was disgusting , had wet food in it and stunk! So if I only stayed the 1st night in main building my review would’ve been a 5 star , excellent review BUT I made the mistake of thinking the entire property would be that nice and enjoyable so if I take my family back I’ll definitely only stay in the main building!

I truly enjoyed our stay. There were so many fun activities for the family throughout the day. The water slides and heated pools were amazing also. We enjoyed the tasty meal options and sweets options available on-site. Some really cool perks come with the stay and we will definitely returning! The hotel was also kept very clean, which is always appreciated! Thank you, DJ, Johnathan, and Tye for making the visit memorable from the beginning to the end!

The staff was amazing and upgraded our room because our teenage daughter weren't comfortable in the bunk beds made for smaller children. They had no problem accommodating us which made our stay and experience much better. It is nice to stay at a hotel that has great customer service and wants to make their customers comfortable and happy. This is not always the case anymore for some hotel chains. Thank you so much for your great service and caring about the comfort of your customers.

The location was good. Liked the waterslide options and that it wasn’t an overwhelmingly large property. I didn’t like that we couldn’t even have housekeeping come in to make up beds and remove dirty towels without an additional fee

Left a lot to be desired for this to be a resort. Most everything was an additional fee. Small rooms. New indoor waterpark was nice but all slides are not open all day. Waterpark staff was super nice with kids, especially Kori! Jonathan at kids crafts was great.
