Compare Cheap Hotels in Gatlinburg

We have stayed at this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. The service from the staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly, helpful and does what it takes to make you have a great stay. The hotel rooms are extremely quiet. It is a great location that is walkable to the main strip of Gatlinburg.

Stayed for an overnight couples trip. First time here and we come to the area 5-7 times per year. Definitely coming back

Check in and out was a breeze and staff was very friendly. This is not a newer facility, but the room was clean and was kept that way by the staff. We chose creekside and the views and sounds were very relaxing. The free breakfast was a little carb heavy but there is a great restaurant for breakfast right across the street with excellent prices . Overall I would stay again.

The resort itself is amazing, well kept, and the front desk staff are very helpful. However, DO NOT let them talk you into attending the timeshare presentation. They had a great deal on some amusement tickets that we were going to purchase anyway. We just had to attend the presentation to get the tickets. I asked the concierge FOUR TIMES how long it would last and he said "no more than 90 minutes". 4.5 hours into the presentation we realized that was a lie. As another review on here has said, it is very high pressure and they basically expect you to purchase a timeshare. Luckily, my wife and I stood strong and refused. They were very unhappy, but as I told them, WE PAID TO BE HERE! We were not there on some free two night getaway that required a timeshare presentation. All that to say, this is a wonderful property with great amenities and staff. Just make sure you STAY AWAY from the timeshare presentation!

Super close to all the attractions in the main strip. The employees were friendly and nice. There was a pool which we enjoyed in the first day of our staying. It is a small pool but nice enough to relax. They provided a lot of toiletries with the exception of toothpaste.
