Everything is in walking distance, but they have a free trolley to take you from place to place as well. The breakfast was great, very clean hotel, friendly staff, and it's a beautiful set up with the river flowing right beside the hotel.

Great location and service

We had a 4 day stay and every day when we went out we returned to fresh towels and our room being made up. This additional service is something that not every hotel provides. Breakfast was good and the kids loved swimming at the pool. The location was also great as we could walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg within a few minutes.

Excellent Place to Stay!

The hotel is situated perfectly in downtown Gatlinburg to explore the entire strip without getting in a vehicle! The staff at the hotel was incredibly hospitable, the complimentary breakfast is open later than most, and we experienced no notable issues with our stay. Overall, would highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay along the strip without having to drive, especially if you plan to make some trips to Sugarland's and Ole Smoky!

This hotel was just what I was looking for traveling with 2 kids and spouse. It was close enough to attractions- most everything was walkable but it was far enough away that it was quiet at night. It has character and feels like Gatlinburg, versus a big chain. The indoor/outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs were great. Pool is small but has a water slide and was fun. The only part that was aggravating was how slow the elevator is. But, if you're in a hurry just take the stairs. Front desk staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again!
