breakfast was great, rooms were clean, parking is covered but tight spaces. Only 2 elevators so it took a while when hotel was booked. Riverside room had a view of downtown with mountains in the background. Weekend nights were noisy with the live bands from the bars. Overall it was a great stay

This was our 4th visit to Gatlinburg and we have never stayed at the same hotel twice, however I can say we will stay at this Edgewater Hotel again. Staff was great, great location and great views. Hotel is just 1 block away from the main road. Just walk across the parking lot and you are there.

The staff was amazing. Security helped keep us safe as we were getting our luggage on to the rolling cart there was a bear next door so he watched for it until we could make it in saf. The pool was closed due to repair. The food was ok but over cooked. The beds were not good very uncomfortable. Th we y cleaning lady's were so sweet and anything we needed they got for us. The place is within walking distance to all the shops in food places.

This hotel is all about location. The room was clean, staff is friendly. However, it is a very old fashioned hotel with old fashioned rooms. Breakfast is below average (coffee is poor). Parking is very very tight. All the pools and hot tubs were not working (2 weeks without being repaired)

Had to call maintenance 2 days in a row to get the TV to work. Was only one trash can, it was in bathroom . Finally figured out the coffee pot. So on last day we were there it worked.

We have stayed here several times over the years & it’s our fav Gatlinburg hotel! Very convenient to Downtown Gatlinburg & we love the river runs right beside hotel. Staff was friendly & helpful throughout our stay!

The staff were all very nice. The bisquits at the included breakfast were the best I ever had! The hotel has a lot of great amenities, tho showing its age a bit. Perfect location for walking to Gatlinburg shopping and several great restaurants.
