Compass Hotel was an amazing place to stay in pigeon forge, we will be staying there again. Loved the morning breakfast everyday. The location was the best for getting around especially to Dollywood.

This place was a step above the rest. It was super clean, from inside the room to the outdoor areas. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was not your basic waffle and eggs you get at other places. The staff was beyond helpful with nothing but positive attitudes. Definitely will stay again for our next trip!

Clean and comfy family friendly

We really enjoyed our stay. We went for our son’s 5th birthday and we all enjoyed the pool area. The rooms are nice and spacious and so is the bathroom! Overall I would stay again if we ever make it back that way.

Very nice and clean. The room layout was super nice and spacious. Felt more like a beach condo than a hotel room. The kids loved the water park areas and the game room in the lobby. Bed was a little firm for our liking, pillows were great. Breakfast was nice. Only complaint I could come up with would be the a/c in the room never would cool to the setting.

Pros: Atomosphere: Super inviting & clean. Kid friendly w/ a good balance of fun for the adults as well. Food: -Amazing breakfast w/ large selection, ample space & plenty of seating. -Great options & yummy food at 5'Oclock somewhere restaurant. -Prices at restaurant were reasonable & food portions were great. Loved the Jerk Chicken Wrap w/ fries. Kiddos loved the kids Chicken Tenders w/ fresh fruit! Amenities: We loved the small game area, outdoor lawn, and naturally all the water features. -Games were new and had all of the pieces. -Lawn area was well kept, all the activities were clean and well maintaned (corn hole, Jenga, ect). -Pool temps were perfect for the weather we had. Everything seemed so clean and new. Cons: Check in had us a little worried at first as I had somehow reserved under my maiden name rather than my married name online w/out realizing it (front desk quickly found our reservation & crisis adverted)! Kerug did not want to work properly in our room however we didnt mention this until checking out. This was not a huge deal to us considering the lobby had ample amounts of coffee and water for us throughout our stay. PLUS: We receieved a coupon pamplet upon checking in for free tickets at local attractions and discounted food! Take Away: We had a blast & would definitely stay at this location if/when visiting again. Hoping the hotel remains in this condition bc as of now it is bright, beautiful, and so enjoyable. Impressed!
