This was our second stay at this location. Once again the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Shout out to Alex & Edna at the front desk! Our bartender was Jeremy and was also very friendly and helpful. We watched UK beat UT from It's 5:00 Somewhere!

We were able to check in early. The staff was very friendly. The room was wonderful! It was the cleanest I’ve ever seen, the bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was a plus! I can’t forget the delicious breakfast! Our favorite stay to date!

Well satisfied with our stay. The included breakfast is amazing! The staffing are nice but a fee are kind of new i guess in the industry of hotels and may be lost at time if a question is ask. Overall i do recommended the hotel!

Very nice new hotel and staff were mostly very helpful. The only complaints I have are below: - The cleaning lady left our door open after cleaning with the dead bolt turned so the door wouldn’t shut. Anybody could have went into our room while we were not there and gone through or stole our stuff. - the showers fixtures don’t both work at the same time, the water pressure is horrible, and the water temperature needs to be cranked up. You should not be getting cold when taking a hot shower. -the smoke detectors in the rooms are way too sensitive. My wife was using a hair dryer and spraying hairspray in the bathroom and it made the smoke detectors go off in the room on 2 days. - the parking issue is a problem. They have about 20 spots saved for valet parking, yet nobody really used valet, therefore just keep 5 spots for valet and open up the rest for others. -breakfast was free, but nothing more than a normal Holiday Inn or Marriott breakfast

The hotel is amazing, very nice, the customer service is excellent and the rooms are very clean and well organized, impeccable bathrooms and clean beds, the breakfast service is very good and the food delicious, I am very picky about coffee this one in particular was very good! Can't wait to go back

Compass hotel was amazing from the time we pulled into valet parking until the time we left. The lobby smelled so good. Everything was spotless. Rose at check in was very helpful and friendly. Check in process was a breeze. Our room was nice and cozy. The beds were firm but new. The shower was amazing.Did I mention the shower was amazing? The pool area has a waterslide and splash pad area. Outside pool area closed due to weather but the hot tub was open. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast buffet was good overall. Pancakes, eggs,bacon,fruit Rose, you were right, We will definitely return to compass for our stays in pigeon forge.
