Hotel less than a year old, and still seems like it opened yesterday. Very well kept. Hidden away from main strip, but still conveniently located to everything. Free self parking, reasonable valet fee. Indoor pool a major plus, outdoor pool and lounge area felt like a true resort style hotel. Staff super friendly. Lunch/dinner food better than average, just wish more to choose from. Lastly, with all previously stated, the included breakfast and how good it was, with so many hot and cold options made this hotel a must to return to. One of my favorite hotels to stay in a while!!!

This hotel is wonderful! So much to do right there. Great pool activities especially for the kids! Rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast is nice but it was kept very warm. Lots of choices though. Will definitely stay here again. Great location

Delightful stay!

Staying for one night when in Sevierville for business. Compass was new in Nov 2024. It is beautifully decorated, quiet, great amenities, rooms are decorated colorfully and fun. Lounge chairs at pool are very comfortable and quality. The pools, hot tub, plunge pool, lazy river are not overcrowded. Highly recommend.

Birthday weekend. Wonderful service even when we first pulled up, Patrick was there to greet. Customer Service with Rose and Chandi were off the chain. Handle my daughter and I will care! Breakfast Buffet is also. Hot tub and the 2 pools (A+) Thank you for great service. Will be back.

Great hotel if you have kids that like to play in the pool also has hot tub for parents to unwind, and they have a side pool that is an infinity edge pool which was cool. If you are bothered by the kids that are going to be playing at the pool while you’re trying to relax this might not be for you but overall it was a fine stay and very affordable if you just want a place to sleep when you explore pidgeon forge. Also breakfast was 10/10, really great breakfast, enough to make me comeback for more.
